I'm getting "Page not found" when I try to reset my password.

All you need to do is make sure that you are fully logged out of your account. If you are still logged in it will say "Welcome [first name]" on the top left. Just click on the "Log Out" button. Once you do that, you can reset your password by clicking here. If this doesn't work, contact Client Services.
